I've just uploaded dbmail 2.2.17, the latest production release.

Changes:

• 0000857: [General] using bind=* will crash on accept
• 0000851: [IMAP daemon] Slow IMAP results and high CPU usage when message_idnr is very big
• 0000852: [IMAP daemon] IMAPD uses 100% CPU if some file was attached to mail
• 0000849: [IMAP daemon] imap daemon sends ')\r\n' after message
• [IMAP daemon] add IMAP-ID capability
